Job Title: Sales Manager – Automobile Dealership

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team at our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies to increase showroom footfall, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and fleet buyers.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure excellent showroom display, customer service standards, and smooth sales operations.
• Collaborate with marketing team for promotions, events, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Stay updated on automobile industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of proven experience in automobile sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of automobile market trends and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
