SolutionInn is a rapidly growing EdTech platform serving students across the United States with textbook solutions, tutoring, AI-powered study tools, and academic resources. With millions of pages and an expanding digital footprint, we are focused on strengthening our organic presence and building a powerful SEO foundation that drives consistent growth. We are seeking an experienced SEO professional who can take full ownership of our search strategy and significantly improve keyword rankings, visibility, and organic traffic. This is a strategic role designed for someone who understands how to compete in highly competitive search environments.Job Responsibilities
• Own and lead the complete SEO strategy for SolutionInn, covering on-page, and off-page
• Develop and execute a comprehensive keyword strategy aligned with student search behavior, academic intent, and business goals
• Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-volume, high-intent opportunities
• Analyze competitors to identify gaps and opportunities that SolutionInn can capitalize on
• Continuously monitor keyword rankings and refine strategies to improve visibility and performance
• Use Google Search Console extensively to track queries, impressions, CTR, indexation status, and ranking trends
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, indexation problems, duplicate content, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture weaknesses
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to implement technical SEO fixes and enhancements
• Optimize internal linking structures to improve crawlability and topical relevance
• Improve organic click-through rates (CTR) through data-driven title tags and meta description optimizations
• Plan and execute scalable SEO initiatives for large datasets and dynamically generated pages
• Lead off-page SEO efforts, including high-quality backlink acquisition, outreach, and digital PR focused on authority and relevance
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and proactively adjust SEO strategies
• Track SEO performance metrics and prepare clear, actionable reports for leadership and stakeholders

Skills Required
• Strong expertise in On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Technical SEO
• Advanced keyword research and competitor analysis skills
• Hands-on experience with link-building strategies and outreach
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog
• Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Core Web Vitals
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics from an SEO perspective
• Experience optimizing large-scale or content-heavy websites
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO initiatives

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant SEO certifications will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Job Experience
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO with hands-on responsibility for organic growth
• Experience managing or optimizing SEO for high-traffic/large websites (100K+ pages preferred)
• Demonstrated success in improving rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, developers, marketing)
• Experience targeting competitive markets such as the United States
