Shipping Policy

At RoadPrince, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the shipping of our products.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

 

International Shipping

Currently, RoadPrince ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas. If your location has shipping limitations, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

RoadPrince is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist you with the claims process if needed.
